Recovering a bootable Windows partition

If you did not back up the (usually 100 MB) system partition and you want to restore an image to a blank hard drive, first install Windows to that hard drive before restoring. Windows Setup will create this partition, making the PC bootable again. After that, restore the hard disk image with Langmeier Backup and get a bootable computer.
