If you have ever wondered where Langmeier Backup actually stores its data such as settings and backup jobs, you will find the appropriate information here. Note that these folders re mostly hidden, which means you have to make them visible first. Only then can you navigate to these folders. Or enter the correct folder path directly in the address line of Windows Explorer - this way the folder contents will also be visible.
Note: If you want to uninstall Langmeier Backup to reinstall it afterwards, you should export the settings from the registry and import them back into the registry after reinstallation. Use the registry editor "regedit.exe" (Click on "Start" and enter "regedit" there). The backup jobs (among other things, it says what is backed up where), remain saved in any case even after an uninstall.
When running as a Windows service
If Langmeier Backup is operated as a Windows service, then everything is stored in a different location, because here the settings apply globally to all Windows users and not only - as above - to a single user.
