Langmeier Backup now with more features
 The new version 8.1.52 with improved functionality. Langmeier Software listens to feedback from its users: the Swiss provider of backup solutions has expanded the range of functions of its backup products after evaluating user requests. The latest update is available free of charge and makes the software even more reliable as well as more user-friendly. Mainly, the software has been updated with new features
The main innovations at a glance:
- Log sending by e-mail: Administrators can now already read the success of the backup from the e-mail subject. In addition, the port for sending can be selected flexibly in the screen mask, which provides additional security.
- Input language: Users can select any input language in the bootable emergency media.
- Burning driver: In addition, the software comes with an improved burning driver support for burning the bootable emergency CD.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Essentials: Langmeier Backup now also backs up files under the server solution for small businesses with up to 25 employees and 50 endpoints.
In addition, only the changed data can now be transferred &ndash when backing up to FTP servers; a full backup is no longer required here. Langmeier Software has also improved the encryption of the File Transfer Protocol (FTPS). This now works with all server configurations. In addition, it is now also possible to send the e-mail protocol via T-Online.
